Santa Rosa Pirates

Santa Rosa Pirates played for one season in the professional Far West League in 1948. The following year, the franchise changed to become the Santa Rosa Cats which only played for 1949 season. The League folded after four years in 1951. Other teams in the 1948-49 League were Klamath Falls Gems, Marysville Braves, Medford Nuggets, Oroville Red Sox, Pittsburg Diamonds, Redding Browns, Willows Cardinals and Vallejo Chiefs.
